Pastrana contará con un centro de Turismo, cofinanciado por Enresa, en la rehabilitada Iglesia de San Francisco

El presidente de Enresa participa en la inauguración del Centro de Turismo situado en la rehabilitada iglsia de San Francisco de Pastrana

El presidente de Enresa, José Luis Navarro Ribera, participó el pasado 4 de marzo en la inauguración de las obras de rehabilitación de Iglesia de San Francisco, en Pastrana (Guadalajara). Los trabajos de rehabilitación de la iglesia del antiguo convento de San Francisco forman parte del proyecto de creación de un Centro de Turismo e Interpretación de la comarca que se enmarca en los Proyectos de Desarrollo local del entorno de la central nuclear José Cabrera, y que ha sido cofinanciado por Enresa y el ayuntamiento pastranero por un importe total superior al medio millón de euros.

Durante el acto de inauguración, el presidente de Enresa felicitó a los responsables de la obra por el buen resultado de los trabajos y destacó la responsabilidad social empresarial que Enresa tiene con los entornos en los que desarrolla sus actividades. “Tenemos que contribuir en la sociedad donde desarrollamos nuestra actividad a la mejora económica, a la mejora social y a la mejora ambiental”, señaló Navarro. “Tenemos una obligación principal, que es la de desarrollar un servicio público con las mayores garantías de seguridad, de transparencia y de información para la sociedad” añadió. Para el presidente de Enresa la actividad de la compañía va más allá de su labor técnica para “contribuir económica, social y ambientalmente” con los entornos en los que la empresa desarrolla sus proyectos y en áreas de centrales nucleares. El caso del proyecto de Pastrana, dijo, es una “muestra magnífica” de esa contribución.

Navarro también destacó que Enresa es un ejemplo de una empresa pública que desarrolla su función con responsabilidad social y “vamos a seguir estando al lado de Pastrana y al lado del resto de los municipios en los que desarrollamos nuestras actividades”, afirmó.

En la inauguración de estas obras de recuperación integral del interior de este histórico edificio, estuvieron presentes el presidente de Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García Page; el alcalde Pastrana, Luis Fernando Abril; el delegado de la Junta en la provincia de Guadalajara, Eusebio Robles; el presidente de las Cortes de Castilla-La Mancha, Pablo Bellido; el subdelegado del Gobierno en Guadalajara, Ángel Canales; el consejero de Desarrollo Sostenible de Castilla-La Mancha, José Luis Escudero y el presidente de la Diputación Provincial de Guadalajara, José Luis Vega, así como diferentes alcaldes y vecinos de municipios del entorno de Pastrana.
