Tetiana Verbystka, del organismo técnico de seguridad nuclear ucraniano valora como “muy efectivo y seguro” el modelo de gestión de residuos en El Cabril

La responsable de relaciones públicas del organismo técnico de Seguridad Nuclear en Ucrania, Tetiana Verbystka, visitó los días 15 y 16 de febrero la sede de Enresa y el centro de almacenamiento de El Cabril para conocer la gestión de los residuos radiactivos en España y dejar testimonio de la situación actual de su país en una nueva edición de las Charlas Chec.

Tras visitar la instalación cordobesa, Verbystka afirmó estar “impresionada” por la instalación en general, por el entorno, y por el modelo de gestión que allí se realiza. En su opinión, todos los procesos de preparación, conservación y acondicionamiento de los residuos son “muy oportunos”, “es un modelo muy efectivo y seguro” de gestionar los residuos radiactivos, añadió.

La representante ucraniana también destacó el nuevo y moderno centro de información con el que cuenta la instalación, que permite a los visitantes comprender mejor los procesos que allí se desarrollan.

Tetiana Verbystka, terminó su jornada en Córdoba en la sede de la Asociación de la Prensa, con una “Charla Chec” en la que expuso su experiencia laboral y vital en Ucrania. En ella compartió con la sociedad cordobesa las consecuencias, condicionantes y capacidad de adaptación de los trabajos del organismo técnico de Seguridad Nuclear ucraniano a la guerra que actualmente vive su país.

Previamente a su visita a El Cabril, Verbystka visitó también la sede social de la empresa, donde fue recibida por el presidente de Enresa, José Luis Navarro, y, a continuación, mantuvo una reunión informativa con los técnicos de la Dirección de Sostenibilidad y Comunicación en la que la ingeniera ucraniana hizo un repaso del estado de las infraestructuras nucleares y radiactivas de su país en la actual coyuntura de invasión rusa.
